Your birth experience is deeply personal, and I’m here to support you in creating a birth plan that reflects your values, preferences, and hopes for the journey ahead. We’ll talk through your options with care and compassion, and I’ll help you craft a clear, thoughtful plan to share with your care team—so you feel confident, supported, and heard every step of the way.
$75 (60-minute session)
A one-on-one session to help you feel confident and safe with babywearing.
In-home or virtual support
Overview of wraps, slings, structured carriers
Step-by-step instructions and hands on practice
Safe positioning, feeding while wearing, and tips for comfort
PDF reference guide for aftercare
I also offer workshops to groups of 5-10 women at a time. $30 per person. I offer donation-based payment for the workshop as well.
